¿Dónde tendrán lugar los Málaga Tech Games?
Los Málaga Tech Games se celebrarán en INACUA (C. Marilyn Monroe, 8, Málaga) los días 10 y 11 de mayo de 2025.
¿Cómo podemos acceder al evento?
Los planos del evento y la señalización se publican en la web, ahí podrás encontrar dónde están los mostradores de entrada y registro.
¿Cómo se controlará el acceso?
En las mesas de inscripción habrá un representante de cada empresa participante. Una vez que llegues, busca al representante de tu empresa y haz tu registro.
Recibirás una pulsera que deberás usar para poder moverte durante el día y pedir comida y bebidas. También recibirás un welcome pack (solo participantes). Se proporcionará una pulsera diferente para cada día.
¿Qué incluirá el welcome?
El welcome pack será solo para los participantes e incluirá una camiseta de tu equipo, que deberás usar durante la competición, una botella para el agua (habrá tanques de agua en el recinto) y un vaso reutilizable para usar en la barra de bebidas.También la pulsera de acceso y el ticket para tu comida.
¿Por qué recibiré un vaso reutilizable?
Estamos tratando de reducir la huella ecológica de este evento, por lo que se utilizarán vasos y botellas reutilizables cuando sea posible.
¿Qué pasa si pierdo mi vaso reutilizable?
Puedes solicitar uno nuevo en la barra de bebidas y te costará 1 euro, que donaremos a AVOI. Con esto queremos animarte a que cuides tu vaso reutilizable.
¿Qué pasa si pierdo mi pulsera?
Si pierdes tu pulsera, puedes ponerte en contacto con la persona de contacto (PoC) de tu empresa para
solicitar uno nuevo. Ten en cuenta que si tu equipo está completo, es posible que no se pueda proporcionar un reemplazo y no tendrás acceso para pedir comida y bebidas. Así, que en la medida de lo posible intenta cuidar tu pulsera, será la que te de acceso a todos los Málaga Tech Games.
¿Habrá Vestuarios?
Hay vestuarios en INACUA que podremos utilizar. Estos vestuarios cuentan con duchas, disponibles para todos los participantes. Hay dos, unos en la zona de pádel, podrás encontrarlos pasada la entrada a la izquierda.
En el edificio del Inacua, se encuentran en el interior del edificio, cerca de la recepción general de INACUA.
¿Habrá taquillas?
Hay taquillas en los vestuarios. Deberás llevarte un candado o un euro para poder cerrarlas.
¿Habrá un punto de objetos perdidos?
Sí, habrá un punto de objetos perdidos en el punto de registro. Si pierdes o encuentras algo, dirígete a
este área para depositar o recoger el artículo perdido.
¿Pueden los perros acceder al recinto?
Sí, como se trata de un lugar al aire libre, se permiten perros. Sin embargo, si traes a tu perro, ten en cuenta que algunos participantes pueden ser alérgicos o tener miedo de ellos, así que trata de tenerlos vigilados y cerca en todo momento.
¿Hay parking?
No, pero hay mucho aparcamiento cerca y es fácil llegar al lugar en transporte público. Hay una estación de metro a 10 minutos a pie.
Competición
¿Quién será el encargado de tomar nota de los resultados de la competición?
Habrá árbitros de cada deporte tomando nota de los resultados y proporcionando tiempos.
¿Dónde se llevará a cabo cada juego? Es decir, videojuegos, pádel, futbol...
Puedes revisar el lugar y los planos de la competición en el sitio web aquí.
¿Dónde podemos ver la planificación de la competición, los partidos que jugaré y los resultados?
La planificación se puede ver en el sitio web de Málaga Tech Games y el panel físico que se colocará al lado del escenario. Sin embargo, los resultados solo se actualizarán en el panel físico.
¿Podemos utilizar el recinto cuando no se está celebrando ninguna competición? Es decir, usar la cancha de fútbol...
Sí, tenemos las pistas reservadas para todo el fin de semana, pero solo las reservadas para los Málaga Tech Games.
¿Quién proporcionará el material de competición?
La Organización facilitará el material en el lugar de celebración. Los participantes interesados en deportes como pádel o tenis deberán traer su propia pala o raqueta.
Si no recuerdo en qué deportes me inscribí, ¿qué puedo hacer?
Ponte en contacto con la persona de contacto de tu empresa para confirmar tu participación en caso de que no recuerdes en qué deporte te has registrado.
¿Qué pasa si no me presento a un partido?
Si no te presentas a una competición en la que te has inscrito, tu empresa no puntuará en ese deporte.
Además, algunos colegas que no pudieron registrarse podrían haber perdido la oportunidad de participar, por lo que, si sabes de antemano que no podrás asistir por algún motivo, informe a su PoC con anticipación.
¿Qué pasa si tengo el mismo horario para varios deportes?
Ponte en contacto con el PoC de tu empresa para intentar ajustar los calendarios tan pronto como te des cuenta. Si no es posible, puede que debas encontrar un reemplazo para una de las actividades dentro de los jugadores registrados de tu equipo (puede ser de cualquier otro deporte).
¿Qué pasa si hay un conflicto durante un partido?
Consulta el documento del código de conducta. El Comité de Conducta de Málaga Tech Games podría actuar si fuera necesario y la empresa del jugador que actúe contra el código de conducta podría ser sancionada.
¿Qué sucede si me lesiono durante un juego?
En caso de necesitar asistencia hospitalaria la organización solicitará una ambulancia. Ponte en contacto con cualquier miembro de Deporte y Empresa o del equipo de voluntariado si necesitas ayuda.
¿Habrá seguro en el lugar?
Todos los participantes estarán asegurados.
Comida y Bebidas
¿La comida está incluida en mi inscripción a los Málaga Tech Games?
Sí, la comida y la bebida estarán incluidas durante toda la duración del evento sin coste alguno para los participantes.
¿Qué comida puedo esperar en el evento?
El sábado tendremos Camperos con tortilla o croquetas. El domingo tendremos Paella hecha por Paelleros Sin Fronteras. Los fondos se destinarán a la ONG AVOI, para ayudar a esta asociación que trabaja para mejorar la vida de niños con cáncer.
Ambos días tendremos fruta y bollería con Café y Zumo en la zona de bebidas para el desayuno y como merienda el sábado por la tarde. Las bebidas incluirán refrescos, cerveza y agua durante todo el evento.
¿Dónde y cuándo se entregará la comida?
La barra de comida y bebida estarán únicamente en la zona verde de INACUA. En los campos de pádel y fútbol sólo se dispondrá de agua a través de los depósitos de agua. La cafetería de las pistas de pádel no está incluida en los servicios de Malaga Tech Games y si algún participante consume en ellas deberá pagar directamente en dicho establecimiento.
¿Puedo donar fondos adicionales a AVOI?
Sí, puedes hacerlo a través de este número de Bizum: 01756. El domingo también se mostrará un QR en la zona de comida.
¿Se considerarán dietas especiales?
Sí, habrá opciones veganas, sin lactosa y sin gluten ambos días. Tendrás que haberlo indicado a la persona de contacto de tu empresa.
Invitaciones familiares y amigos
¿Pueden asistir amigos y familiares al evento?
Si el POC de tu empresa ha confirmado que tienen una invitación para ellos, puedes traerlos. Originalmente, solo se invitó a familiares y amigos a venir el Domingo; sin embargo, si su empresa tiene boletos disponibles para el sábado, es posible que haya recibido confirmación para que asistan también ese día. Deberá recoger sus pulseras de invitación en la recepción a su llegada al evento cada día.
¿Los amigos y familiares tendrán comida y bebida incluida con su invitación?
Sí, con la pulsera que se les facilitará podrán recoger bebidas y comida de la barra.
¿Pasa algo si mis invitados solo pueden unirse para comer o animarme en uno o dos partidos?
Por supuesto, los invitados pueden venir un par de horas o pasar todo el día con nosotros, según lo necesite cada uno.
Actividades adicionales
¿Habrá sombra durante el evento?
Sí, este año se ha dispuesto sombra adicional para la zona verde de INACUA cerca del rincón de comidas y bebidas y un área de sombra adicional junto a la piscina.
¿Habrá un área para sentarse y descansar durante el evento?
Sí, hemos aumentado considerablemente el aforo de sillas y mesas de esta zona para acomodar a la mayoría de los participantes, especialmente a la hora de comer.
¿Dónde puedo consultar la agenda de todas las actividades que se realizarán durante el fin de semana además de las de competición?
Durante el día, realizaremos otras actividades como Aikido y Fittest (Crossfit). La agenda completa del evento se puede encontrar en el sitio web de Málaga Tech Games.
Niños
¿Puedo llevar a mis hijos al evento?
Sí, si ya has confirmado su asistencia al evento al PoC de tu empresa. La organización no se hace responsable ni tiene planificado en agenda animaciones para niños.
¿Habrá comida para los niños?
Sí, la comida será la misma para todos.
Voluntarios
¿A dónde deben ir los voluntarios al llegar al evento?
A la mesa de registro, donde los líderes de voluntariado te orientarán sobre las tareas asignadas y te conducirán a tu puesto.
¿Todavía puedo ser voluntario durante el evento?
Tu empresa habrá compartido la información algunas semanas antes del evento y los voluntarios ya han sido designados. Sin embargo, aún puedes comunicarte con el POC de tu empresa para ofrecer tu ayuda en caso de que se necesiten manos adicionales durante el evento.

¿Quién organiza los Málaga Tech Games?
Un grupo de 4 empresas tecnológicas con base en Málaga iniciaron este evento en 2022, donde participaron 11 empresas. En 2024 con su 3ª edición participaron 15 empresas. Deporte y Empresa es la organización que coordina a todas las empresas participantes. Tienen una gran experiencia organizando eventos deportivos para varias empresas y organizaciones en Málaga y los Málaga Tech Games no podrían haber contado con un mejor socio. Venue & Welcome
Where will the Malaga Tech Games 2025 Edition happen?
Malaga Tech Games will be held at INACUA, Malaga (C. Marilyn Monroe, 8, Málaga) on May 10 and 11 2025.
How can we access the event?
Floorplans and entrance signage are posted in the site here, where you can find the entrance and registration desks.
How will access be controlled?
There will be a representative from each participating company at the registration desks. Once you arrive, find your company´s representative and register yourself. You will then receive a bracelet you will need to wear to be able to move during the day and to order food and drinks. You will also receive a welcome pack. A different bracelet will be provided for each day.
What will the welcome pack include?
The welcome pack will be only for participants and will include a t-shirt of your team that you will need to wear during the competition, a bottle for water (there will be water tanks in the venue) and a reusable glass to be used in the drinks corner. Also the access wristband and the ticket for your meal.
Why will I receive a reusable glass?
We are trying to reduce the ecological footprint of this event thus reusable glasses and bottles will be used when possible.
What if I lose my reusable glass?
You can request a new one at the drinks corner and it will cost you 1 Euro, which we will donate to AVOI.
With this we would like to encourage you to take care of your reusable glass.
What if I lose my bracelet?
If you lose your bracelet, you can contact your company's Person of Contact (PoC) to request a new one.
Please bear in mind that if your team is at full capacity a replacement might not be able to be provided and you wont have access to order food and drinks.
Will there be Changing Rooms?
There are changing rooms at INACUA we will be able to use. These changing rooms have showers, available for all participants.
Will there be any Lockers?
Inside each changing room there are lockers that can be used.
Will there be a Lost and Found point?
Yes, there will be a lost and found pint at the registration point. If you lose or find something, please direct to this area to deposit or collect the missing item.
Can dogs access the venue?
Yes, as this is an outdoor venue dogs are allowed. However if you bring your dog please consider that some other participants might be allergic or afraid of them so please try to have them watched and near you at every moment.
Is there Parking included in the venue?
No, but there is plenty of parking nearby and the venue is easy to reach via public transportation. There is a metro station within a 10 minutes walk.
Competition
Who will be in charge of taking note of the competition´s results?
There will be referees for each sport taking notes on results and providing times.
Where will each game take place? I.e. videogames, padel, football..
You can review the venue and competition´s plans in the website here.
Where can we see competition planning, matches I will play, and results?
Planning can be seen in the Malaga Tech Games website and onsite panel that will be placed next to the scenario. However results will only be updated on the onsite panel.
Can we use the venue when no competition is being held? i.e. use the football court..
Yes, we have the courts booked for the whole weekend, but only the ones booked for the Malaga Tech Games.
Who will provide the competition material?
The Organization will provide materials at the venue. Participants interested in sports such as paddle or tennis should bring their own paddle or racket.
If I don't remember what sports I enrolled in, what can I do?
Please contact the Person of Contact of your company to confirm your participation in case you don´t remember in which sport you have signed in.
What if I don't show up at a match?
If you do not show up at a competition you have enrolled in, your company won´t be punctuating at that sport.
Also some colleagues that were not able to register might have missed the opportunity to participate, so if you know in advance you wont be able to attend for any reason, please let your PoC know in advance.
What if I have the same time for several sports?
Please contact your company´s PoC to try to adjust calendars as soon as you realize. If not possible, you might need to find a back up for one of the activities within your team´s registered players (can be at any other sport).
What if there is a conflict during a match?
Refer to the code of conduct doc. The Malaga Tech Games Conduct Committee might act if needed and the company of the player acting against the code of conduct might get sanctioned.
What if I get injured during a Game?
If hospital assistance is needed the organization will request an ambulance. Please contact any member of Deporte y Empresa or from the volunteering team if you need assistance.
Will there be insurance in place?
All participants will be insured.
Food & Drinks
Is food included in my Malaga Tech Games registration?
Yes, food and drinks will be included for the whole duration of the event with no cost for the participants.
What food can I expect at the event?
On Saturday we will have Camperos with tortilla or croquetas.
On Sunday we will have Paella done by Paelleros Sin Fronteras. Funds will be dedicated to the AVOI
ONG, to assist kids with Cancer.
Both days we will have fruit and some pastries with Coffee and Juice at the drinks area for breakfast and
as a snack on Saturday evening. Drinks will include soft drinks, beer and water throughout the event.
Where and when will food be delivered?
The food and drink corners will be on the INACUA green area only. Only water will be available at the padel and football fields through the water tanks. The cafeteria at he padel courts is not included on the Malaga Tech Games services and if any participant consumes from them they will need to pay directly in that establishment.
Can I donate additional funds to AVOI?
Yes, you can do so using this Bizum number: 01756. A QR will also be displayed at the food area on Sunday.
Will special dietary requirements be considered?
Yes, there will be vegan, dairy free and non gluten options both days. You must inform us in advance.
Family & Friends invitations
Can friends and family attend the event?
If your company´s POC has confirmed they have an invitation for them, you can bring them. Family and friends were originally just invited to come on Sunday, however if your company has available tickets for Saturday, you might have received confirmation for them to attend this day too. You will need to pick their invitation bracelets at reception upon your arrival to the event each day.
Will friends and family have food and drink included with their invitation?
Yes, with the bracelet they will be provided they will be able to pick drinks and food from the food and drinks corners.
Is it ok if my guests can only join for lunch or to cheer me up in one or two matches?
Of course, guests can come for a couple of hours or to spend the whole day with us, as anyone needs.
Amenities
Will there be shadowing during the event?
Yes, this year extra shadowing has been arranged for the INACUA green area close to the food and drinks corner plus an extra shadowing area next to the pool.
Will there be an area for sitting and resting during the event?
Yes, this year we have increased the chairs and tables capacity of this area considerably to accommodate most of the participants, especially during lunch time.
Where can I check the agenda of all the activities that will happen during the weekend apart from the competition?
During the day, we will host other activities like Aikido and Fittest (Crosssfit). The full event agenda can be found at Malaga Tech Games site.
Kids
Can I bring my kids to the event?
Yes, you can bring your children if your company has invitations available but there is no entertainment service for children.
There will be food for kids?
Yes, food will be the same for everyone.
Volunteering
Where do volunteers need to go when arriving at the event?
To the registration desk, where the volunteering leads will provide guidance on the tasks assigned and will lead you to your position.
Can I still volunteer during the event?
Yes, your company should have asked you some weeks prior the event and volunteers have already been designated. However you can still contact your company´s POC to offer your help in case extra hands are needed during the event.

Who organizes Malaga Tech Games?
A group of 4 Malaga based Tech companies started this event in 2022, where 11 companies participated. In 2024 with its thrird edition, 15 companies participated. Deporte y Empresa is the organization coordinating all the participants companies.They have a vast experience organizing sport events for several companies and orgs in Malaga and Malaga Tech Games could not have count with a better partner.
